Please list any interests, hobbies, organizations or professions either of you have:
Will someone be walking the bride down the aisle and do you want me to ask, “Who bring this Lady to be married” (or some variation)?
Number of guests expected:
Are there any ethnic or religious traditions and observances you wish covered?
Will you have a one or two ring ceremony? (Will both parties wear rings?):
On a scale of 0 to 10, rate importance of Religious content with 0 being none and 10 being very religious.:
Are you planning to have a candle lighting, sand vase, or other additional ceremony?
Will you be presenting the Mothers with a rose or other sign of peace?
Will you be having a special person doing a reading?
Do you want to write your own special vows or add to the traditional ones?
